What is the Wellness Center?     

• A safe space for students to create, relax and process their feelings and emotions

• A place to take a break, relax and reset

• A place of acceptance, empathy and gratitude

• Participate in groups related to well-being

• Speak with the Wellness Counselor, Mr. Brian, about any worries or concerns

When can I visit the Wellness Center?        

• During lunch and brunch

• During class time with teacher permission

• Anytime something may be bothering you, or if you’re needing someone to talk to
